Jay is the founder of East Island Partners, a placement agent and capital advisory firm based in New York. Prior to founding East Island, Jay was Head of Investor Relations for Dwight Mortgage Trust, a private Mortgage REIT, and the Head of Business Development for 12 years at Shannon River Partners, a leading long/short equity hedge fund. BA from UNC-Chapel Hill and MBA from Columbia Business School.
